Great product
Pricey, but totally worth it! It sticks really well to your skin, so just be mindful of how long you keep it on. I followed the recommended wear time, and it did an amazing job relieving my body aches and muscle soreness. I could definitely feel the difference after using it and would absolutely use it again.

Salonpas patch
Great product, provides comforting relief to the affected area. Takes a while to heat up. Easy to use, but not too often in order to avoid irritation.

They work!
I’m 69 years old and I still work 5 days per week. When at work at a trailer repair shop I can’t use a heating pad for my aches and pains. These pads are very helpful. The only problem I have is they are very, very sticky. Granted they don’t fall off, but it hurts like heck when you remove them from a area with hair.

Best Pain Patches on the Market
Long-time weightlifter here...capsaicin is the only thing that helps my lower back and neck pain (a leftover relic from 10 years of wrestling). Nothing even comes close. Although I prefer the 0.1% cream for better effect, it can be a real pain to apply it and then make sure that you (or no one else...including pets) touches that area until you've been able to adequately wash the area with soap that can actually remove the capsaicin oil in the cream (like mechanic soap), or else someone's day is gonna go south. These patches solve that problem. My only issue is that if I leave the patches on for more than a few hours, or if I apply more than one every few days, the area starts to get CRAZY itchy, which never happens with the cream. If you start with capsaicin, yes, the burn may be intense the first week or so, but eventually, your body does adjust with regular use. The first time I put it on my back, I felt like I was sitting with a fire 6 inches away from my skin, but now, it feels SOOO nice. Once you put these patches on, they are there to stay until you REALLY intend to take them off...like, you could patch up the wings of a hypersonic aircraft with these things. Everyone's body is different...the only way to find out how your body responds is to try it. Hope this helps!
