Initially lumped in with Westlife, Boyzone, etc., as just another fabricated pop boy group, Five were one of the few bands who actually did stand out from the crowd. Eschewing soppy love songs in favor of far more in-your-face rowdy pop, Five bounced onto the scene with attitude, slightly more streetwise styling than their contemporaries, and some truly great pop tunes. From the inspired sampling of Joan Jett's "I Love Rock & Roll" on "Everybody Get Up" to the sing-along-and-clap-your-hands party vibes of "Got the Feelin'," it's hard not to be seduced by Five's charm. Things do go a bit Backstreet Boys on weaker tracks like "Until the Time Is Through" and "Satisfied," but these are forgivable blips on an otherwise stellar trajectory. The opening line of "Slam Dunk (Da Funk)" says it all: Five have "the power to rock you. Love their music
I heard the group when they first came out in 1998 and their songs are very edgy and funky, They are different from other boy bands and that's a good thing. It's the things you do is my favorite but I also like Slam Dunk Da Funk just a catchy song, the beats are great. Even now 20 years later their song I still play them on my iPhone.

Five's First Album
This is Uk boy band Five's first album a unique combination of pop and rap that is still as fresh today as it was 23 years ago. My favorite songs off the album are: It's The Things You Do, Until The Time Is Through, and My Song! Buy This I don't think you'll be sorry!!

Compre este disco porque siempre me gusto la musica de 5ive aunque ya es algo antigua no importa!! Por cierto yo compre a Newbury comics la primera vez que compre a un iercero en Amazon pero todo muy bien el disco llego empaquetado en excelentes condiciones nuevo! todo correcto lo recomiendo

shipping
Price was super for the album but then the shipping charges were added on. Just charge more for the CD and charge a reasonable amount for shipping. All ends up OK but looks bad.

love love it
I accidently ran across some of their music on youtube. i used to love this group so I bought the cd. Part of the case was broken when I got it but the cd was fine.
