Needed to knock down a block wall. We used it against the wall, concrete, metal wedges (to split wood), and it has held up well so far. I've four teen boys, and they all took turns swinging away with it. Its heavy enough to give you a workout after a lot of swings, and durable enough to stand up against about anything you swing at.
