This Amazon Grocery brand all-purpose flour is okay. I usually buy Gold Medal AP flour, but it's getting very hard to find in 25/50 lb bags locally. This product has less moisture content by weight than I'm accustomed to, and I've had to make minor hydration adjustments to my dough formulas. The gluten content appears fine. Dough stretch and rise are as expected. Modifications to convert to cake or bread flour remain unchanged. I'm accustomed to buying our flour in greater volume, but the price for a small bag is fair. I'd buy it again, but it wouldn't be in my top 3 in AP flour choices.

I use this flour mainly for making bread and mixing half/half with wheat flour to make flat breads. The breads turn out just fine.
