I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you.The ADA (American Dental Association) recommends to replace your toothbrush (or brush head if you use an electric one) every 3 months. Pay attention to how your bristles look: If they seem tired before 3 months, it most likely means you are brushing too hard. Release the pressure you are applying on your teeth and gums that could cause enamel damage and gum recession. Yes, it depends on the brusher and not the toothbrush. If you have a heavy hand, the bristles might wear out sooner. Remember that the key determinant is not the calendar but the shape the bristles are in. You need to replace your toothbrush when the bristles spew in different directions, AND you need to be GENTLE.While a toothbrush like the Mouth Watchers Antimicrobial Toothbrush feature antimicrobial bristle protection* to help keep brush bristles clean between brushing after only 6 hours, these bristles do not kill bacteria in the mouth, protect you against disease or prevent you from getting sick. There are no antibiotics. The nano silver (I believe it's called) does inhibit bacterial growth.

Q: Can these brushes be used on cosmetic veneers?

Indeed, our line of brushes is soft and gentle enough that it would not damage the porcelain covering over your discolored teeth. Q: how often do you recommend changing out the toothbrush if used 2-3x daily?

Hi there, Thank you for your question ! You can keep the brush longer than any other brush (4-5 months) vs changing your brush every 3 months. The bristles are made out of polyester (stronger material and more expensive than nylon), meaning it comes back in shape better and don't bend as fast. Best, Ben

Really good clean and gentle too.

Really good clean, it gets in to all areas. Much better than a completely flat toothbrus head, seems to make the clean gentler too. I used a really soft toothbrush before but went with the advice of Dr Ellie Phillips and tried this and I'm so glad I did.

Easily the best toothbrush for sensitive teeth and gums

I’ve used other brushes because these are quite pricey but returned to the brand as they have the best quality and cleaning ability I have come across with soft enough bristles for sensitive gums and teeth.
