Watkins 2 Oz. Coffee Extract

I made my first frozen Semifreddo dessert. I used the Watkins Coffee Extract because I knew from experience that the quality is tops. Pure not bitter.

I use this often, mostly in my buttermilk. I love coffee flavor, so I sweeten the buttermilk and add the extract--makes it taste a lot better than just plain buttermilk.

I can't drink coffee anymore because of the caffeine or something else. Wasn't thinking that this is extract of coffee, duh! Product has coffee taste. However, I think what I need is coffee flavoring.

This product was incredibly hard to find in the store. Glad I found it on Amazon.

This smells and tastes a lot like Kahlua - don't get me wrong, it's a good flavor but not the strong coffee flavor I was looking for
