Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max, US Version, 64GB, Silver - T-Mobile (Renewed)

This was actually the 2nd 11 Pro Max that I purchased online. The first one was about $60 cheaper from another seller (Kiss Electronics), & It was a complete disaster. The phone was listed as like new condition & it arrived at my door looking like someone’s jealous ex took an engraving machine to the screen, then threw it in a blender on high speed for good measure. Completely scratched, dented & cracked. I returned that one & decided to roll the dice with another seller (BuySPRY). I’m Soooo glad I did. As you can see from the pics the phone I received is in immaculate condition. Not a scratch, dent or crack in sight. The battery health is at 93%, so that was a nice surprise & It came with a screen protector already installed. After my last experience my expectations were very low, but what I got with this seller was basically a new phone. I’ve been using this phone for about 5 days now & don’t have a single bad thing to say about it. If you’re on the fence like I was, make sure you pay attention to who the seller is. I would definitely purchase from BuySPRY again & would 100% recommend them.

I purchased this phone in early 2021. It’s been almost two years & I'm still impressed with this phone. This was an incredible value & an amazing upgrade. It hasn’t shown any signs of slowing down. A full charge still lasts me all day. The camera quality is excellent & takes crisp videos.The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is the audio. My wife also has an 11 Pro Max that we bought direct from Apple & when playing videos, the audio comes out of the speaker at the bottom & the speaker at the earpiece. Mine only comes out the bottom & it’s much quieter than hers. It works fine for phone calls, but doesn’t kick in when playing videos.Still, for the price I paid, I’m very happy with this phone.

The phone itself was in pretty decent condition but not as I ordered it. There was some scratches on the top part of the screen and the battery life was pretty poor. Gotta sink more money into that now, as if paying a couple hundred bucks for a like new phone wasn’t enough. The camera isn’t as good as it should be for the condition I bought the in. I feel the phone itself wasn’t worth the price I paid for it and also that the price offered was ridiculously too high for the product I received.

I was very surprised when I received this phone. It honestly looked new. I carefully examined it and there were no marked on the sides or back and even the screen had no scratches even the little tiny micro scratches phones develop in normal use. Also battery life is amazing, so I am honestly thinking this was a new phone.Now on to the specs, I purchased this phone in 2022. It is still very fast. It does not have 5g but I have not seen any issues yet. I did some reading and found new iPhones use LTE most of the time to save battery life but leave it listed as 5g on the screen.Lastly I do miss MagSafe, but am glad it does have wireless charging. The cameras still take very good pictures. For less than half the cost of a new iPhone you honestly can’t go wrong

HYBRIDIT I am not disappointed , I ordered an iPhone 11 Pro Max and it came with 100% battery considering it’s a 3 year old phone almost 4 that is amazing ! Will be buying here next time !

Physical condition is good. No sign of scratches. Came with non-genuine charger, no sim tool, and packaging was poor. Battery health was at 88%. Other than that the phone looks really clean. Will be purchasing a genuine charger and cable.

Very happy with my phone was very hesitant at first since a lot of money and renewed but read what they said about amazons renewed phones trusted them turned out great. There is a little bubble in the screen but nothing really noticeable

Really impressed, condition is just like a brand new phone and it performs like a new phone. Battery charges to100%. Face recognition is excellent as are all the other features I’ve tried so far. Plus, the price was great and delivery was a day earlier than expected. I would certainly recommend this phone

The media could not be loaded.  Espero sólo haya sido mala suerte. El iPhone estaba impecable incluso traía una mica para la pantalla y con 94% de condición. Lo configure y use por una semana. Había tenido un poco de problema con la señal de Telcel pero se solucionó sólo (quien sabe cómo). El problema fue que una semana después la pantalla se puso verde, después se quitó y sentí alivio, pero volvió a ponerse en verde y así estuvo iba y venía el verde. Me había gustado mucho pero tuve que devolverlo. Afortunadamente pude borrar mis datos. Estoy en espera del reembolso. He comprado otros y nunca me había pasado esto de la pantalla verde.

Update: the seller of this phone is truly dismal as far as warranty goes. They refused all contact, did not offer any customer support or anything to help fix my phone, not even a new screen protector! The return date has passed and I regret not returning it. It was a desperate purchase and I cannot recommend this phone to anyone. The warranty is non-existent, customer support also, non-existent. Changing to 1 starThe phone works and I REALLY needed a phone, so I kept it. It seems like the prices keep going up! But, I was under the impression that the phone was completely refurbished and ‘like new’ condition.It came with two noticeable cracks at the top of the screen, fortunately they don’t effect most of the screen and they don’t go across the camera.The battery doesn’t charge past 54% even when I use it plugged in, it just doesn’t work.It worries me a lot for how long my phone will work for the future and it’s extremely disappointing.If I had any choice I would not have kept it but my old iPhone had died and I was desperate. It had a few problems connecting but it worked and once it connected, all my pics and vids, contacts etc came back (yay!).I contacted the company, they asked for pics of all the sides of the phone (which was kind of weird) but then they never replied back.It was very disappointing and a real lapse of customer service. They definitely don’t offer any assistance with warranty or advice about what to do with product problems.It was quite the dropped ball and if you have an option for another phone, go for that one. I don’t have any confidence in how long this one will last and zero confidence in their ability to refurbish or honor their warranties.

Teléfono en excelente estado, batería al 100%, sin rayones ni detalles físicos. Solo con el tiempo se verá la durabilidad, pero en la recepción todo funciona perfectamente. Lo recomiendo 👍🏼

No llegó en la caja original, no contenia cable ni cargador originales, eran unos compatibles.La pantalla se veia bastante bien, sin rayones, pero en los laterales si tenia bastantes tallones y golpes. Estuve dispuesto a quedarmelo asíTodo funcionaba bien y bastante normal en comparación a uno nuevo, incluso la bateria. Pero, En menos de 1 mes de uso se apagó de repente y ya no volvió a encender por mas que intentamos. Pedí la devolución

El producto es prácticamente nuevo, ni si quiera tenía rayones ni marcas de uso,la salud de batería al 99% , pero al ser un celular americano es importante saber que no cuenta con la banda B28, pero está totalmente liberado para utilizar cualquier compañía en Estados Unidos y México sin problemas!
