Really holds
I have used it on seat cushions, rugs, hanging windows decorations and seem to hold long term. Great item.

Not very magnetic
I guess I expected magnetic tape to actually stick to things like a refrigerator. This magnet was very weak.

Great product! Great adhesion. Used for kayak blocks on roof of car.
This product is exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. It is high quality, especially the adhesive. I have a kayak block kit I use to transport my kayak on top of my car. The blocks were sliding when loading make it very cumbersome. I attached the magnetic strips to the bottom of the foam blocks and now the blocks magnetize to the roof of my car. It is easily removable without marking my vehicle but strong enough to where it doesn't move. The adhesive side was strong enough to stick to the foam and i can't even pull it off. I am extremely impressed. The magnets also stick to themselves which is an added bonus because it keeps my blocks together when storing. I was able to cut the strips with regular scissors. I was afraid the strips wouldn't lay flat because they are rolled up but they actually flattened easily. I highly recommend!

Magnetic tape. One of those things that is great for sticking notes up, or making for a nice closure for a cabinet door, or something similar. It's not something that you can't get by without, but it is great for what it does. Fixed a tall cabinet door in my bathroom that refused to stay closed with the existing old school cabinet latch.And fun for the kids. A lot of things they can do with magnets, and they are great fun to play with.I love having this stuff around, for the times when nothing else will do.

Very VERY light items will stick to it, but not what I needed it for.
I wanted to use this to put strips on the inside of my cabinet door to stick magnetic measuring cups and spoons to. They would have been very handy and right there when I opened the door. I have two kinds of measuring cups that are both metal. One set has magnets, the other set is just metal. Neither set will stay on this. The lightest spoons, which are also magnetic, will stay on there. The 1 tablespoon measuring spoon will not even attempt to stay on, even though it is magnetic itself. I'm so disappointed. This strip will stick on the side of the refrigerator, no problem, but I wouldn't trust it to hold anything up that is over the size of a very light 1 teaspoon measuring spoon, much less a 1 cup measuring cup that is magnetic itself. I have plain metal measuring spoons that won't even partially stay on this strip. I'm not sure what is going on, I'm so confused and I'm thinking of returning this.
