Great value
Elbow works well with 1/2” hose. However, you want to buy hose clamps at the connections if you are using this as part of an irrigation system.

Good value for the price. As others have reported, I had to soak the connecting drip irrigation pipe in hot water in order to soften it up enough to install over the barbs of this fitting.

Perfect fit for Rain Bird 5/8" drip tubing
The ID for my tubing is 0.530, these are a perfect (tight) fit with no leaks and no need to heat the tubing to force it in

Fits only black with green stripe 1/2 inch tubing.
This product should be used with black 1/2 inch tubing which has green stripe on it. Plain black 1/2 inch is a little too big and leaks. If you have plain black 1/2 inch tubing then look for brow plastic fittings.

Leaks like crazy
Every connection leaked, I banded them with zip ties to try to prevent redoing everything, but they all still leaked like a sieve. I bought different elbows with 6 barbs instead of 3 and redid the whole system, I have had no issues.
