The ring with the catches on it very easily comes loose from the outer ring. In other words, the part the fastens to the RV sewer hookup is glued to the pipe. This joint is extremely easy to break loose and at that point the fittng is junk. Tried 3 and they all broke. Camco needs to rethink they are gluing the two parts of this firing together.

I could hear the plastic start to break when I was installing the male treaded end of this adapter into the female threaded end of a Charlotte Pipe 3” DWV female PVC adapter. I wrapped the male threaded end in teflon tape and as I was tightening the connection by hand, I heard the plastic on this piece start to crack. This fitting needs to be the same thickness as 3” PVC pipe.

Cheap, Cheap thin gasket, LEAKS. Don't waste your money on this cheaply thin gasket, inside the collar. Camco needs to have China install thicker made gaskets instead of getting greedy. Gasket is totally the weak link in this product. Have you noticed all China made products have a weak link that always fail early so Americans can keep the economy going and make Camco lots of money as nothing last very long. Did not have to return it to get my money back. Camco knows it is defective.

The installation was very easy, but the part that connects to the camper does not seal very well, so I had a small leak of used water, maybe adding an O ring will fix it.

Good quality easy to install.

Did the job for my E-pro 19 footer. Have a high end sewer hose , but the dump end is a PIA as it has hooks and not post - so this was the fix. Ken

These are horrible for there attended purpose. They only have 2 hooks and the rubber gasket is not thick enough to give a good seal. I bought 2 to hard plumb my trailer on my seasonal lot because I didnt want to cut the tabs off my connections incase I wanted to travel at some point. Wish I would have seen the other reviews before I bought. From looking at the picture I thought they were made of steel and that 2 clips would be enough. Nope cheap plastic and after the 2nd dumping they are leaking. The other 4 clip ones on here would have been alot better. Atleast maybe then I wouldnt be afraid of the cheap plastic clips breaking off. Probably end up taking them off and just use the 3" to 3" rubber connectors. Oh well live and learn.
