Rusk Deepshine Smooth Keratin Care Smoothing Shampoo and Conditioner Duo 33.8 Oz

I love this combo and the price can't be beat. The product seems to do what it promises. The smell to me is kind of like a powdery smell which goes away but comes back quickly if you sweat.

I bought this shampoo because I tried some at my sons house in MN. I love how nice my hair is afterwards and the conditioner is very nice on the scalp and hair. I choose the Keratin because I color my hair. And I need a little better shampoo and conditioner to keep my hair color, and my hair looking nice. I recommend this product if you need your hair to have an up lift and bring it back to soft and shinny condition. Yes, it does cost a bit more, but I look at it this way. You get what you pay for. And my hair is important to me. I gave this 5 stars because it is a good quality product and there is no harsh smells from either product. You won't be disappointed.

I have long straight hair and am constantly battling a little bit of frizz. I wanted to try this Karetin shampoo and I dont know how I feel about it yet. Ive used it for a week now and havent seen a difference; my hair is also feeling a little weighted down by residue. The shampoo is extremely thick- I even thought something was wrong with it the first time I used it...I need to find out if its normally so thick. Ill use up the liters then write a follow up review; but as of now Im not in love.

I have been using rusk for over 3 months now and my hair has greatly improved. Ethnic hair requires special treatment because it tends to be dry and constantly needs oil. I use relaxers so my hair has not been as healthy as it should. I started using rusk bc i needed my hair to be repaired from the use of styling tools and relaxers and color. I have found since using rusk, i do not have to put oil on my hair and scalp as often as i use to and it has tamed my frizziness and dandruff as well. my hair is shiny, healthy and stronger, no more split ends or breakage. worth the money!! I wish i could upload a pic of my hair!!

I purchased this shampoo and conditioner based on my hairdresser's recommendation that I use Keratin on my granddaughter's wavy and tangled hair. Before purchasing the Rusk brand, I had purchased another which I was happy with. I thought I would try the Rusk so I could compare. I really love the wonderful smell, and the beautiful shine in her hair from these products. Best of all, her hair has been tamed, is much less tangled, and feels so smooth. The hairdresser immediately noticed the difference. I am very pleased with this brand and I plan on sticking with it.

I bought this shampoo because of the name...bad move. This shampoo is not sulfate and paraben free, therefore cannot be used on hair that has had keratin treatments. Also, if you are sensitive to scents, the conditioner is overpowering. I did like what it did for my hair before I had a keratin treatment, just couldn't take the conditioner scent.
