This is the good vitamin e…d-alpha tocopherols (natural vitamin e). Alpha-tocopherol is the most biologically active form of vitamin e, and its natural form. Not to be mistaken with the cheap synthetic form of vitamin e called DL-alpha tocopherol, which is what I don’t want to ingest, as it may increase risk of cancer).

The product is probably OK, but leave it out on the porch for a couple of hours...
and all the Vitamin E softgels melt together. Won't be buying vitamins or other "meltables" from Amazon again - blew $26 that way!
