Delicious with fish or Moroccan tagine
I use these lemons every week, and for me are an essential pantry staple.I've previously bought these in the shorter but wider jars and found them easy to get out of the jar, however I bought this particular taller but narrower jars (as they were at a considerable discount) and have found that getting the first lemon out of the jar an unnecessary struggle - but the lemons are just as tasty !I have tried other brands of preserved lemons, but these are my favourites.

Ottolenghi made me buy them
I am totally obsessed with Ottolenghi cookery books. Brilliant, tasty recipes but he does love a preserved lemon.I walked around Leeds market. I walked around Bradford market and I could not find preserved lemons. Amazon came to the rescue.

Given up trying to buy these on the high street!
These are one of my cupboard staples and I use them in a Greek Lamb casserole - no other lemons are quite right - but these add the flavour, colour and tang that makes my Greek Lamb a hit with everyone!They arrived promptly, well packed and gratefully received.

Lid loose, not sealed correctly.
The lid was loose and there are marks inside the lid. I wish I’d read the other reviews stating similar issues.Can’t recommend this product.
