Travel Qwirkle Board Game

Although smaller than the non-travel tiles, these tiles play easily and there was no disadvantage due to size. Qwirkle was still fun and my friends had never played. They enjoyed the challenge of getting the most Qwirkles! Wonderful travel size, weight, and perfect bag!

Great game. Easy to learn and lots of fun to play! Tiles are reasonable small. It doesn’t take too much space to place, so it’s an advantage of having this travel set. Overall, it’s worth and recommended.

Yes, the pieces are really tiny, you can hold your entire hand in your... well, hand! But it works perfectly, and you can also stand the pieces in the table. The only thing that prevents a 5 stars of this version is that the red and orange pieces look very similar in color. Not a big deal for me as I was already planning on marking the red ones with a sharpie (I drew a little "R" inside each piece), because some of my friends are colorblind for red/green. In the picture I'm attaching, orange and red tiles look waaaay more similar than in reality, so don't get crazy worried. If you have good lighting in the room, that shouldn't be an issue. Oh! Also for those people that knew about the problem of the pieces sticking together because of wet paint, and ruining the game: in this version when I opened the package all pieces were stacked with a thin paper separating each stack, so that's not an issue any more.

The travel version of Qwirkle works exactly like the full size but takes up much less space! The game is lots of fun and the strategy makes it a bit challenging! It’s perfect for adults or children who enjoy competing!

The tiles are really small but we discovered I could use my scrabble board with its edges that keep the tiles neat. Really enjoy this game.

This is a fun thinking game. Great for visual people.

Meine Frau und ich haben bereits das 2. Spiel in der Mache, weil der Lack auf dem ersten bereits sehr verblasst und teilw. abgeblättert ist. Da sind wir bereits beim ersten Kritikpunkt: die Farbe blättert ab, vielleicht gäbe es ja einen besseren Lack, aber immer noch besser als Plastikspielsteine. Der 2. Kritikpunkt bezieht sich auf die Qualität des Beutels, in den man im Spielverlauf immer wieder hinein greift. Die Nähte lösen sich nach kurzer Zeit auf. Das ginge definitiv besser. Das ist für mich aber noch kein Grund zur Abwertung, weil die Grundidee einfach zu gut ist. Dieses Spiel von uns seit fast 2 Jahren täglich gespielt und erfüllt alle unsere Bedürfnisse an ein Spiel: Easy to learn, hard to master. Es hat einen Zufallsmoment. Es dauert ca. 40 min. und es entsteht immer nebenbei ein schönes Muster. Ich spiele es am Liebsten zu zweit. Zu viert z. B. ist mir Doppelkopf lieber.

Great game for all ages, this Quirkle game is small enough to fit into carryon luggage, though small the tiles are easy to see.

Questa versione da viaggio è comoda e portatile. Rispetto alla versione con le carte è dotato di una custodia in tessuto davvero ben fatta. Le tesserine sono di legno, leggere e trasportabili. Il gioco è divertente e adatto per un momento tranquillo. Non è un gioco che crea confusione o un party game da fare con tante persone.

Atencion, las instrucciones vienen en inglés. Muy entretenido. Jugamos niños a partir de 6 años y adultos. Nos encanta. De momento jugamos sin puntos y con las fichas destapadas y, aún así, nos resulta muy entretenido. Muy bueno el estuche de viaje (bolsa de tela acolchada), mejor que otros formatos de juegos de viaje en cajas de cartón o metal: - Dura más: no se dobla, ni se parte ni se abolla - Se adapta mejor a bolsas y maletas
