HEX Solo Wallet Case for iPhone 6 - Black

This is my 3rd case from HEX. I had two previously for my iPhone 5. The latest design has vastly improved from the previous as it used to have a rubbery strip around the front which was great for protecting the face but would start coming off after a couple months.So far this one seems to hold up well except the leather gets scratched easily in my pocket. This will hold up to 3 cards but if you plan on keeping only 2 in at times, don't add any more as it will stretch out to accommodate the 3 and then will not be tight enough for just two.I've only had this about a month or so, but for now I am satisfied. Hopefully this one lasts longer than the previous design.

Love this case. This is my 3rd or 4th one. My last one was about 2 years old and the corners were all beaten up and it no longer stayed on my phone. But that was from me dropping my phone a thousand times. Do not purchase thinking it is a good phone protector. It's not. But I love the look of it and my cards never fall out. I only keep one card in each slot and don't try to stretch the card slots out any further than that. I'll probably continue to purchase these in the future.

I love this new case. Very nicely made and fits the phone's contours perfectly. It's genuine, nice quality grain leather, and is about as slim as possible while having the two card slots on the back. I like the fact that it doesn't make my iPhone 6 bulky like most other covers (my biggest pet peeve). I haven't had it long but I think the quality should stand up and will protect the phone in an accidental drop. It looks classy and professional as well as being functional. Now I just grab my phone - including my drivers license and credit card on the back - and go. And at under $35 I think it's a far better value compared to Apple's expensive leather cases - of which I've owned two. I've had quite a few compliments by people asking where I bought it.

Thanks to this gem I haven't carried a "wallet" in four years. Great feel to the leather and just the right amount of protection without the bulky feeling. I realize that it might not be for everyone, like those who lose their phone or wallet easily, but I love it. ID and a CC is all I usually need. They tend to last me about a year before I have to replace it. Usually one of the corners will start to peel, crack, whatever.

This is the third version of this style of case for me and it is perfect for my needs. If I am going to the gym, biking or running errands, I can slide my drivers license and ATM card into the case and I am on my way! I have upped the quality of the less expensive plastic case this time, and it gives more protection when dropped. I could probably go without the stitched HEX tag on the back, but otherwise just what I want.

Update: I really do want to give this case five stars bc I do love it... at first. The issue is that it is not made very well and does not last at all. There will come a point where the corners will give out, which makes the phone fall out. Bought three cases for same issue. My last case had the same issue and my phone fell out and is now shattered, not a good feature for a phone case. Was a good choice when there weren't many elegant phone wallet options, but now this is simply a dumb purchase. If HEX fixes this issue then I might purchase again, till then I'll pass on buying a fourth case.

I love this case, it is perfect for carrying 2-4 cards. The leather needs to stretch a bit before each slot can accept two cards. It is attractive and durable, but heavy use and many drops mean that I am on my third case. I will gladly buy a fourth and fifth one (and so on) for as long as they manufacture this thing.

Belle coque qui protège bien. Le cuir est de bonne qualité et prend une belle patine avec le temps. Après un an et demie d'usage intensive il commence à fatiguer. Le cuir se detache sur les angles.
