.co.uk Review The Hip Hop eJay Superpack brings sheer simplicity to the DIY music arena: this CD-ROM aims to make being your very own DJ as easy as clickin' that mouse. The onboard console, as big as your screen, is your essential helpmate for negotiating the 2,500 samples, loops, snippets and musical syllables encoded on the discs; without the console it would be a cinch to get lost in the maze of rhythmic and melodic possibilities. Start by listening to a single sample, maybe a rap, a drumbreak, or a bass riff; it's up to you. Drag and drop this sample into the track you are constructing, it will synchronise and harmonise itself. Now go back for another, and another; pretty soon you will have a boomin' bassed-up banging old dance track of your own; massive enough to annoy the neighbours, no problem. Once you've mastered this--and it is fairly easy--you can move on to some of the more specialised features of the Hip-Hop Superpack. One particular favourite is the DJ Desk, this enables you to scratch your sounds as if you are using regular vinyl, by utilising a cyber-turntable complete with cyber-stylus. Finally shift your body into the "Recording Studio", which has its very own retro-style virtual microphone. --Sean Thomas Manufacturer's Description HipHop eJay Superpack - includes HipHop eJay and both sample kits in one powerful bundle. Not the worst
Okay so it's not Hip Hop Ejay 5, but it's not Hip Hop Ejay 3 either.I loved HHE3: street Style, but this shows that they have run dry of good samples to give to us.I reccommend you buy the above HHE3 or look to some other software.
