Well produced puzzle, like all Ravensbuger puzzles.

Excellent. A quality Ravensburg product.
Unlike some larger puzzles, which are split into two or more parts, this comes in a single bag. You will obviously need a large board area to do this. The local builders' merchant supplied me with a suitable plywood sheet for approx. £14 delivered.

Great puzzle, spoilt by one piece being broken on opening, not up to the normal Ravensburger quality

Good, but...
Great quality jigsaw puzzle. I've read reviews about the quality of the pieces being not up to scratch in some cases, but I haven't found this - Ravensburger and Clementoni are (to me) always great quality.However, quality control at Ravensburge has unfortunately slipped as the insert needed to complete the jigsaw is faulty. As you can see from the picture, the insert (which is meant to be a large foldout of the jigsaw needed to be able to complete it) is only partial i.e. only the middle bit of the picture. I've checked online and it's definitely faulty - it should cover the whole picture.I contacted Ravensburger immediately and they replied promptly with a 14Mb file of the picture and offered to send me an A3 version of it. An A3 version would also be insufficient to complete the jigsaw, but I have found that with an iPad, the file sent allows me to zoom in in the same way that the correct insert would have enabled me to do. As such, I am able to progress the jigsaw, but using an iPad for the picture.Ravensburger advised me to return the jigsaw but that there was no guarantee that another one wouldn't have the same problem. I have since done this, and indeed found the identical issue. As such, I wouldn't recommend getting this jigsaw until quality control at Ravensburger has improved, despite it feeling premium and being a great picture for a 5000 piece jigsaw.
