Very easy to use, no stress, great results -- but be warned
This stuff is super easy to use, and worked perfectly for me. As has already been said, one piece is much larger than you need. I just put it in a cup of boiled water, waited a minute, fished it out with a spoon and pulled off what I thought I needed. I fit it into the gap between my teeth, and it easily molded with my fingers. It was a bit small so i removed it, and It's easy to add a little back to the ball you're using, using the hot water to soften the pieces first. The material becomes clear and very soft, and super moldable. I tried a couple of times to get what I wanted, but it was so stress free that I never once felt like I was doing something wrong. Once I had a look I liked, I left it in and it cooled and hardened to the whiter color. If feels secure and looks good. I'm super happy.Amending this, and puttng a warning in the title. I'm not changing the stars -- it IS easy to use, and it's very effective, in my particular case. I have a missing tooth in the back of my mouth, one of my forward molars, and it's visible when I talk or smile. So, to have that filled in has been a complete game changer. Remarkably, it stayed in place for a couple of weeks, with no shifting at all. BUT -- it did become very yellow over time, only a few shades lighter than the stars on this review. For me, it was still a help, because it filled a gap that, once filled, made things look normal. But if this had been in the front, it would have needed to be changed far sooner than it was. And that's the warning part -- when I wanted to change it, I couldn't get it out. When I put it in, it was malleable and I molded it to a good shape, not realizing that the shape created absolutely trapped it in place. It had served without budging for a couple of weeks -- but once I wanted it out, it's been a 3 day effort to get this thing out. Wiggle, wiggle, shift, pry, pull -- being supremely careful to not damage the bordering natural teeth. It was STUCK, which was why it never seemed unstable (which I liked, and still do appreciate). Finally today, it had gotten somewhat shifty, but simply would not come out, so I started syringing very hot water on it, ( a bit of an ordeal and left my mouth a little burned, like hot tea would), and finally pried it loose. No damage done -- but I'll be a lot more careful with the replacement, to make sure I'm not creating a shape that would be impossible to remove. Hope that makes sense. End of story -- I'm still planning to replace it with a new piece that is not discolored, and I'm still happy with it -- but for some, the yellowing (more noticeable after about a week) and possibility that it might not easily remove would be a fair deal breaker.

This review will save you money
The Pros: The product is great, works great and it looks great. The Cons: Way too expensive! The package is more expensive than the product. If they provided 10 to12 pieces , then the price would be somewhat justified. The Better Option: Get Thermoplastic Pellets 10 oz for $7 and you can make 75 to 100 teeth!Either way you go, unless your teeth and perfectly white, heat the water with instant coffee in it and drop the plastic in it. Let it soak for an hour or so. Remove it heat the water again, drop the material in the hot water. Remove it and shape it close to a tooth. Apply it from the back of the other teeth and shape it in place with most of the material behind the teeth and push it forward. Press the sides or the front to give it shape. And flatten the back. If you don’t flatten the back against the teeth you will not be able to talk right. Since the space of the missing tooth is probably not perfect, the temporary tooth will stay in place fairly well. I was even able to eat with it in place. To remove it, take a drink of hot water, as hot as you can stand without burning your mouth, until the temporary tooth soften and pull it out. I had to be without the tooth for over 3 weeks during the healing process and this helped tremendously cosmetically. Unless someone gets very very close they would be able to tell you have a missing tooth. I do not recommend wearing it at night or, while I did, that you eat with the temp tooth in. You can heat and reshape the tooth as much as you want with either material. The 4 stars is while the product works well the price is way too expensive.
