A great mentoring resource for women's ministry leaders!
As a mentor to women's ministry leaders, I highly recommend Growing Together. Melissa provides the framework and content for women's ministry teams to easily and quickly launch a mentoring ministry. Melissa uses the first two chapters of Growing Together to unpack what mentoring can be as well as setting expectations for the mentor/mentee. Ground rules are a good thing! The remaining nine chapters walk mentors/mentees through important topics, some not often talked about in women’s ministry, such as church attendance and service. Melissa anchors the content of each chapter in God’s Word, sprinkling in applicable real-life examples. I found the chapters to be just the right length. While each chapter could entail an entire book (and as noted in the Recommended Reading in the appendix, there are whole books on these topics), Melissa manages to go just deep enough in the short space of a chapter for participants to have a hearty discussion on the subject. Melissa's book will help remove the excuses so many mentors offer up by providing them with content and discussion questions to use during their meetings. Lots of ideas
If you are looking to disciple/mentor someone, this can be a good place to start. This book will give lots of ideas on how to begin a mentoring relationship and what those meeting times can look like, topics to be sure to cover, etc. This is a good starting place if you're unsure where to begin.

A fair mentoring book, but I do prefer Susan Hunt’s Spiritual Mothering: The Titus 2 Model for Women Mentoring Women.
