These chips were still smoking after a full 4 hours of cold then hot smoke In my new smoker. We cooked a whole jointed duck the flavour is delicious. Easy to use and tasty.

Ok but the chips were quite small

I have now tried the cherry and the apple of these excellent woodchips. I also have the gold mix to try which is the combination of alder and beech. these chips suit me perfectly. they are a good regular size. i usually soak them in water for half an hour and then add a handful directly onto the coals when im offset cooking. they are very reasonably priced and come in excellent sealable packaging. with so much quality variance out there its sometimes hard to know what you are getting. But so far the quality and delivery of these chips are first class.
