Ordered with ease and arrived quickly. Quality appears good and are reasonable to swallow, quite a large tablet, there’s no odour and they taste fine. My doctor recommended that I get myself some multivitamin tablet after my VitD levels were low and I had been given a course of high dose. I think these will do the job and hopefully help with energy levels, health and general wellbeing.

Great vitamin wise but has a very bad taste if you have trouble getting it down which can be difficult since they are quite big.

I bought these because of their small size, however they’re ridiculously chalky - you tip one out onto your hand and your hand is covered in the residue, which isn’t ideal when you can’t take tablets. If they could put a smooth coating on then they’d be great as they’re only small so then anyone could swallow them. (The taste is also quite horrid) I can’t comment on their effectiveness as I’ve only been taking them for a few days.
