I gave up on earrings years ago because my head is attached to a phone 80% of the time at work and I couldn't handle the constant digging into my skin that was caused by holding the phone on my shoulder while typing.Recently found flat-back earrings and honestly, I don't understand why the regular earring types still exist. The flat backs I had were metal, and with three lobe piercings close together sometimes it made the backs feel crowded/heavy. I have one in particular that sits lower, and so visually it would look weird when the earring back was sort of weighing the earring down.I was looking for this product, but with a deeper hole in the Bioflex back to allow for regular earrings to be put in so I wasn't stuck to just a few flat backs I have purchased recently.when they arrived I tried to use a needle to deepen the hole in the Bioflex, but that really didn't work. So naturally as a crafty gal I found some wire cutters and took a pair of earrings I really didn't care for, and cut off the majority of the post to see if they would work as regular earring backs then. and it worked!I use to have gauged ears and was lucky when taking them out that they shrunk down to normal piercing gauges. Although this made it a little difficult to get the bioflex back in from the back of my ear. However, once the end was through, I could pop the stud with the tiny little post into the bioflex piece and have soft flat backs for my regular janky earrings. I'm currently using the smallest size in this pack, and still have quiet a bit of post hanging out on the back of my ear before the flat back. The metal flat backs I had the same issue with so IDK if my lobes are super skinny and weirder than others, or what lol. However, this has caused no issues with wear. I've been wearing them in the shower, when I sleep etc. and no issues at all. The best part is that despite the post being longer than needed, the material of the post keeps them from moving around. So my earrings have stayed in place perfectly since putting them in.I use to have spider bite lip piercings, and eventually let them close because the clear spacers I could get at the piercing shops(amazon wasn't really a thing back then lol) were never long enough and would pinch on the skin and caused issues. I imagine these would be perfect to correct that problem as well.

If you have multiple piercings (like, more than 2), these are still very noticeable. I got them because I was assigned to a client at work that does not allow jewlery and my shifts are 12+ hrs. I had to stick an additional bandaid over the tops of my ears, because it's still dead obvious if you don't have hair to cover.They do come out on accident pretty often, so you aren't at great risk of losing your ear in an industrial accident. My client just does not care about this logic because their rulebook says "no jewlery".As many folks have said, difficult to put in. It take a lot of practice.

i was using this for my inner conch piercing and this took me sooooo much time and effort to actually put in :-/ because the pieces are so tiny it’s very hard to use for inner ear piercings— it probably took me upwards of 30mins.that being said, it’s very discrete. i bought this for a new job that doesn’t allow piercings and after over 9mo of working there my coworkers have only JUST learned that i have piercings lmao and it’s only because i told them about it. it’s also very sturdy and easy to clean— i’ve never had issues with it getting knocked out or gunk collecting along the sides (like i’ve had with some other poorly designed piercings)overall i’d recommend it if this is something you plan to keep in for a long time (ie working somewhere that doesn’t allow piercings). but if this is something you’re just planning to use for an upcoming surgery and then immediately take out afterwards, i’d recommend something that’s easier to install… especially if you’re using it for an inner ear piercing— don’t waste your time/energy cause it was super frustrating for me

I wear these for several helix piercings in my ears and I loved them at first as they are hardly noticeable unless you look really close. However, my job involves taking photographs through out the day and putting on a face mask. If I even bump the back of these with either my camera strap or the ear loops of my face mask, the come flying out! There is just not enough hold on the front piece to keep them in place. And they are small enough that they just disappear on the ground. I don’t know if they’re just too small to have a good hold on the small forward piece or what… but this style just does not work for me. I’ll have to find something else.

There were two small and too thin on the advertisement a lot bigger but maybe I ordered the wrong thing

If your wanting it to hide it, doesn’t work the best.

These are cute. The smaller ones make it so just the diamond end shows. Only issue is if youre wearing the longer ones and eating you may catch it and yank it or accidentally bite one in half if used in your lip

Good for place holders in my 6yo daughter's ears while she's tumbling or in cheerleading. They can be a lil frustrating if you can't get your fingers around the teeny tiny end piece, but i like how these are designed with a hollow bar where the backing just pushes through and is flat on both ends . Be great to use for costume jewelry earrings! Good thing it comes equipped with plenty of studs in various sizes bc if you drop the lil end piece, kiss that goodbye and have some backups handy! Overall, I'd buy them again.

I have a lip and a nose piercing and am currently trying to get a job as a manager. Hence i needed to find something for those work-places that might not be so lenient with this stuff. They are a little big but they dont hurt when you push them through-but they do stretch the skin a bit. No complains about this 10/10

I saw the reviews and decided they were all good so I had to try! Tbh wow! Like obviously if you’re looking for it you’ll see it but otherwise really undetectable!If you find it’s really visible size down the length! Comfortable tight seems way less noticeable!Super happy

I like these a lot! The only thing I don't like is the tops are a bit small so they are harder to get in right away but once they are in I haven't had any issues. I have an MRI coming up and can't wear any metal so these will work perfectly.

These constantly fall out and get lost which kinda defeats the purpose of even having them
