Received the sign a few months ago, and I have to say, I could have threw the box down the stairs and then jumped on top of it, and the sign would have still been intact. It’s packaged to withstand an MLB line drive. It took me nearly a half hour to pull all of the tiny foam pieces out from in between the letters. I would hate to be the guy that packs these in the box. But anyways, after about a month, the light stopped working. So I contacted the customer service to find out about a warranty, and without any questions, they sent me a brand new, more updated, and brighter sign. I was extremely surprised how quick it was. Great company, and great neon sign supplier. 10/10

Being the beer drinking babes that we are.. I couldn't pass up giving this as a house warming gift to my coors light partner in crime! Seriously the best gift evaaaaa.It was extremely well packaged for shipping. This bad mamajamma lights up the whole damn room! I would the quality was there for the neon glass, but the "frame" is just plastic. I would have preferred a metal frame, but for the price it was a decent compromise.Needless to say.. my friend was extremely over the moon about her new night light!

Like the other reviewers state the sign comes intricately packaged. The sign is well crafted and the logo looks right unlike similar signs that have slightly off looking fonts/designs. Plenty bright, might be on the smaller side for some folks but perfect for my needs. All in all very pleased with this sign. Five stars!

First off I'll say that I LOVED this sign. It has been on the wall of my apartment for a while and it looks amazing, and I had no complaints at all. It was sturdy, well packaged, and just as I hoped it would be. HOWEVER, after having this sign hanging on the wall for about 6 months, it all of a sudden stopped working. It must have some sort of short-circuiting issue or something. When it is plugged in, and I click it on, it blinks on for half a second but won't stay on. I have not damaged it in any way so I am extremely disappointed this happened because now I feel like it's pointless to have on the wall if it doesn't even work. That's the only reason I didn't give this sign five stars. If customer service were to let me send it in to be fixed for free or assist me in some way, I would change my review. I would appreciate a response or some help from customer service. I just want my sign fixed.

This is packaged SO WELL! There is no way this thing will break in transit no matter how much the mail guys toss it. No batteries required, no button to turn it on, just plug it in. It can sit on a dresser or can be hung on a wall since it comes with a little chain, looks amazing! Highly recommend

Bought in March around $100. and not working in June. Not worth the money..

Don't make the mistake and think this is a true neon sign. It's not. It's hard to tell if it's even glass or solid colored plastic. Real neon you can actually see the gas flowing through the tubes. Does it look nice yes. It really does. Its not to bight. It's just right. The camera don't do it justice. The red is actually a really solid nice red and so is the blue. I would buy again.

This is my father in laws favorite drink. We surprised his with this light and he was extremely happy! Absolutely loved it! Perfect for man cave, bar, etc. Very bright and well made
