Works as well as any butane cook top, but way cooler looking
Oddly enough, haven’t used this for camping yet, but works great for shabu at home, and it doubles as a conversation piece as most people haven’t seen it in homes for the Asian family hot pot nights!

REALLY a nice heavyweight stove.
We bought this for a camping stove, tried it out in the kitchen. Works very well, and I was impressed that it was so heavy weight and what seems to be well made.I just contacted the maker for an extensive warranty.Very Impressive stove.

ITEM NOT AS PICTURED as of 4/2022
This bar sticks up much farther than was pictured on box. I purchased this mainly to use for my wok and it gets in the way. Besides that it is really nice looking. Works great with my Moka pot and look forward to taking it camping. Just not good for stir fry.

Sturdy car camping stove at a reasonable price.
This one burner butane stove packs a punch. It fits snug into its case, is light weight yet feels sturdy, comes with piezo auto-ignition and offers good flame control. All at a price point that doesn't break your budget.I have used it on a few camping trips without any trouble whatsoever. No, I don't know how long it takes to boil 1 liter of water. What I know is that a single 8oz Butane canister was enough to boil water for coffee, prepare freeze dried meals, and heat up patties for a party of 5 for both dinner and breakfast. So, the stove does burn efficiently. The setup is simple and you can start cooking in less than a minute.Couple of improvements can make this stove ideal for car camping. First there is no wind protection on the burner, something that the manufacturer can easily add with a redesign. Now absent that, you'll need to purchase a separate wind screen - not a biggy. I bought GasOne's windscreen for $10 (search for B01HH5YEIE on Amazon) which works great with the stove. Second, there is no space to store the butane canister in the stove's case. Again not a biggy if you are car camping. You are likely already hoarding a boatload to the camp site, so a couple tiny butane canisters won't be much hassle. Though would be nice if the manufacturer redesigned the case and added dedicated storage space for atleast 1 butane canister. The positives of this stove far out weight the limitations I called out above, and this stove is still worth every bit of your consideration if you are looking to buy a good car camping stove at a reasonable price.

Great car camp stove that lets you save some packing space
This is a great little stove. I haven’t used it camping yet. BUT I did several tests at home. I was able to pick up Coleman butane at a local Walmart since the butane won’t ship to the state I live in. It worked wonderfully. So don’t worry, you don’t need the gas one butane to operate this stove. This stove is designed really well, the butane locks in and lighting is simple. Instructions are easy to follow and the carrying case is clutch. I got the orange and the color is very cool. Of course this is probably best for car camping. And it’s only one burner but honestly my friend has the Coleman camp stove with two burners and it takes up so much more space. This fits in my 8gal action stacker just fine even in its case. The heat was ample to heat water quickly and cook food. Not sure how windproof it would be. But for the price it’s a great buy and it gives you a smaller profile for a high output cooking stove. I could even see this being used by people who do cooking demos and are out in a place that might not have electric hookups and must operate off fuel sources. Be sure to remember the stove is hot. So give it time to cool before packing and as the instructions said after removing the butane run the stove to gas out any fuel left in the chamber to avoid any issues. Excited to use this and show it off on my next camp trip!

Nice super compact stove.
This little stove uses very little butane. It's super lightweight and fits in a very small space. It's super easy to turn on. You can adjust the heat easily. I can cook most food items on this stove in an 11" pan. I like using the Blue Diamond pans or Green Pan because the food slides right out and you can wipe it clean in seconds. The wind is the only problem I've endured even inside my SUV with the hatch up. If it's windy it takes longer. I put something in front of the flame that helps. It's not really the stoves fault there isn't much you can do about the weather. Other then that it's great!

Just what we were looking for!
Our first go with this was with the TeChef - Stovetop Korean BBQ Non-Stick Grill Pan and it worked fantastic! It was very stable, plenty hot and easy to adjust the heat. The best part was it set up high enough to put a drain cup underneath the spout of the grill.Plan on a camping trip in a couple of weeks and will definitely be taking this along. Also, with the 1lb propane shortage in our area, the butane canisters are still readily available.Highly recommend!

Not enough BTU for camping.
This design simply does not work well for outdoor cooking. The bottom top, and sides of the pan are exposed and have no thermal mass to gather heat. Also no windscreen. We could not fry eggs on a pan in 47 degree weather.I think this would work well in warmer temperatures but early in the morning it during camping weather, it is not going to do the trick.
