Master the Wards: Internal Medicine Handbook 3rd Edition, Kindle Edition

i did not really know what to expect when i ordered this book, since it does not have many reviews. im REALLY glad i bought it ! this book has all key facts needed to survive a medical internship, rotations and all. very good, it gets right to the point with physic, dx and tx options. very easy to understand. it also includes "round savers" which ar excellent tips to follow. they have indeed helped me. i recommend this book to everyone.

Great simplified medicine book. Simple to follow and easy to read. We use it for our medicine class but I'm sure it'll be helpful when we go out on externships

This is a great resource for NP and medical students...

A nice overview collected in one place of changes. I especially liked the single voice of an author who is almost a little flip at times. (Same about the book "Top Knife.") Single author books for all intents disappeared 40 years ago and it has not been a good extinction. Clarity, cohesion and especially personal insight have suffered. Personal insight is an anathema to EBM which has been detrimental to what we understand in hindsight is ultimately an apprenticeship with many untestable aspects. Knowledge as a result is lost. Did I mention that I think EBM is anti-intellectual?I agree a little proofreading would have helped but he is obviously banging these books out at a furious rate.

Great resource for any medical student, a quick reference guide for most of the common patients we will see.

Easy to read and understand! Great as a new provider on the wards

This book is required reading for my General Medicine class. The content is as good as it gets. But the e-book for the Amazon Kindle doesn't have page numbers. Our reading is assigned by page number!*EDIT: page numbers are showing up now. They don't match exactly to the hard copy but they are close enough.
