Q: Are the carbs coming from the Erythritol?

Q: I was surprised at the difference in carbs between the lakanto brand and this one? Can anyone explain?

I am sure it is because the other brand uses "vegetable fiber" and someone reached out to clarify that is actually corn fiber. And this one uses Tapioca fiber, which has more carbs than corn fiber. I am sure either choice would cause a spike in the glycemic index.
