Great product and available quickly and at a reasonable price
I believe my heading above covers it. Perhaps the best part was just the fact that it was available without having to buy 50 pounds. We had our pandemic shoppers try four different stores and they were all out of bread and whole wheat flour. And three were even out of all purpose. So it was a pleasant surprise that it was available, quick delivery AND at a semi-reasonable price without having to buy more than we could use in a year. And this is said to be a family owned small company in Iowa. Performance when baking was as expected. So five stars all around.

Great wheat flavor, but much more corsely milled than what you’d get at the store. Not brave enough to use it to make bagels. It made decent pizza crust. The corse milling makes it have a bit of a rough texture, which would be fine for more rustic styles...but not quite what I had been looking for.

Wnderful for breads!
I could not find bread flour at any of my stores, so I went to Amazon. I am so glad I found this bread flour. The taste and texture are really wonderful. I have always made good brerad, but this flour really made a difference, and my whole family noticed. I am now a customer for life.

Worked great
Bought this to add to my sour dough starter and it did more than expected. It didn't like the regular flour much and you can't find any specialty flour around here right now.

Not quite bread flour
The product name says bread flour but once you look closely (unfortunately I failed to look at the image until after I received it) says "better" for bread. I used it for a few reliable recipes calling for bread flour, and it doesn't appear to have enough gluten to be well-suited for most breads.

Epic Bread Flour!
This is the most healthy bread flour I have ever used. I made a Hokkaido milk loaf with it and it was phenomenal. I think it's a mixture of soft and hard red wheat from different seasons. It's so delicious and made of high-quality ingredients that are sustainably made.
