Interesting and educational.

A good review of things you may have forgotten

very useful book to have on your book shelf!

This is a U.S. Army Field Manual, and the majority of it assumes the reader is a Spec Ops soldier embedded with and/or supporting local fighters, in themselves supported by other conventional or unconventional allied forces and an entire third of it is an inventory of supplies necessary. However, there is some information on strategy and tactics that should apply in general as a civilian that might need to muster a small force for whatever reason. It wasn't expensive so I don't regret buying it and I learned a few things. YMMV so caveat emptor.

Cool book, but you’re probably on a gov watchlist for even looking at it. Might as well buy it now buddy

A good book before you go into the military.

When I have an interest in a subject, I always like it and I liked this. This isn't an easy read, it helps to have a military background and it isn't really aimed at individual action. This is a technical manual for group action and it's good for it's intended purpose. If you're into survivalism and the prepper movement it's a good resource and worth the price.

Bought it for airsoft to use to get ideas for game tactics. Check it out.
