How do i open it up to add more pepper? I lost the instructions and i can't get the top off. Help! Please.

Unscrew the top nut, lift off the handle, and then lift off the top. Add pepper corns and close back in reverse order. The only trick is to fit the handel over the stud correctly.

How do you adjust the grind?

The screw on the bottom and screw on the side. Most of the adjustment is with the bottom screw and only slight adjustments with the the side screw

I didn't buy my pepper yet.However when I turn the handle it's extremely loose.Is it supposed to be loose?My coffee mill handle has a stiffness to it.

It is loose when the chamber is empty. As soon as you fill it with peppercorns you will feel the resistance when you turn the handle. The adjustment for the grind is on the bottom of the pepper mill.
