Rise

I am super happy right now! My physical copy of #Taeyang Rise album arrived today from Seoul!! I bought the digital version of the album the day it was released and now I have the physical DELUXE version. And my verdict is ...It was worth the wait for it to arrive. When I opened the package the CD is in a thick card stock type of sleeve. The paper is black with the gold lettering with the sun that YG has been using for Taeyang's promotion. Then I pull out the CD and the first thing I see is Tae's gorgeous face <3 Then I notice something...HE MOVES, the actual CD cover is one of those moving picture where if you move the item the picture switches up. The full lyrics are on the inside. And again the background is black with gold lettering. The paper is of heavy quality. Next is the picture book, a mini pictorial of Taeyang in California (Los Angeles). The picture book is gold on the outside with raised imprints of the various suns. The pictures are in black and white and a few I already have seen from Tae's instragram; however I DON"T CARE I could stare at him for a while. Snuck in side is a small card about the size of a business card of Taeyang with two pictures from BigBang's last album. guess they want you to care Taeyang around with you where ever you go. LOL. There are three other inserts also, a card for genie for VIPs only and another one that was adversting for YG Entertainment Audition. Both of which are in Korean (which I don't read--yet) The other insert was stickers of all the various suns representing that represent a song on TaeYang's album...all in all I am super happy with the physical CD and the package.I recommend it!

I cannot describe how amazing this album is. I have his previous two albums as well (HOT & SOLAR) and I love being able to see how his music has changed and matured over the years. I love the whole album, but my favorite three would have to be Eyes, Nose, Lips, Love You To Death, and This Ain't It. You can just tell that Taeyang loves making music and puts his all into getting these tracks released. I'm looking forward to more albums as he has said that he has worked on many more songs but only these few made the cut into the album.On the packaging of the album itself, I liked the simplicity of it. A black sleeve covers holds the actual CD case and the picture book. The picture book and lyrics booklet were both made out of nice, high quality paper. The picture booklet was also gilded a gold color, which matched perfectly with the overall color concept of black, white, and gold. The pictures in the photo booklet were in black and white and the cover of the CD has like a hologram of him (you know, those kind of cards that show a different picture when you look at it in different angles), which was a nice touch.Overall, I'm very satisfied and can't wait to buy another album, whenever that may be.

This CD was requested by my teenage granddaughter. I have no idea how it sounds, but she loved it and that's what matters most, right??

This is a great album! I find myself playing this CD over and over again while driving. Every song is great so this purchase was so worth it!

I bought this cd for the song Eyes Nose Lips and found that I liked all of the other songs as well. This was my first Taeyang music purchase and I really loved it. Packaging was also really cool.

the album itself is amazing. taeyang really out did himself with this one. however, my album arrived damaged. as soon as i opened it, it broke in half. i looked at the case more and found that it was cracked. the damage was able to be fixed with a bit of tape. I'm assuming the damage was done sometime during shipping, but im still pretty fustrated.

This album far exceeded my expectations! I was nervous about whether it would consist of just a few great songs mixed with a ton of sub-par ones, but the entire songlist is awesome! The album's package/visuals are amazing and very high-quality, as well. I'm so glad I took this risk!

I had heard the song Eyes, Nose, and Lips and immediately bought this. When I heard the rest of the CD I knew that there was going to be no regret whatsoever in buying this album. I listen to this CD at least once a day because of the variety of music on it.

Nun Ko Ip, Ringa Linga, Ige Aninde will always be incredible tracks, I listen to this record on repeat, Taeyang is a legend so is the rest of Bigbang! My album came sealed and undamaged in a bubble wrap envelope, thanks Amazon.

Me llego como unas dos semanas antes y en perfectas condiciones. el disco cuenta con unas pegatinas muy monas de rise, el disco, un librito de fotos de Taeyang y una fonda super chula para guardarlo todo. el disco es fantastico y merece la pena comprarlo , las nueve canciones que tiene son alucinantes todas. besos kpopers y animaos a comprarlo.
