I have been taking this vitamin for 30 days (started May 2020) and so far I like this vitamin, because it hasn't made me nauseous, caused breakouts or caused a significant change in my urine. I have gained more energy and my nails have become noticably stronger. They still break sometimes but not like before the vitamins. Before the vitamins They were growing out thin and breaking before the white portion of my nails could grow past the tips of my fingers I like that the vitamins are not too strong and it seems like my body is actually absorbing more than wasting. I thought about switching just to give another brand a chance but these seem perfect for me that I was scared to try another. Only thing that bothers me is swallowing the actually pill as I'm not used to swallowing things bigger than aspirin sized or not in a gel capsule, but atleast it's only one a day.

I have tried many supplements in a quest to support my health. I have lupus and also struggle with low thyroid hormones but not low enough to need medication. I am absolutely amazed by the results I have gotten from this vitamin. It includes things I have not been able to find in other multivitamins like selenium and copper which support thyroid health. My energy levels have greatly improved and I just feel better since I have added this to my daily routine. I have been able to save money by not having to buy selenium or zinc separately.I do not usually write Amazon reviews-- but this product deserves a mention. I have now also bought the mens version of this vitamin for my husband. Excellent product. No nausea or side effects and a great improvement in daily well-being.

I like the content of vitamins on these and that it does not contain iron which I take separately to prevent the other vitamins from impeding absorption. I used these for about a month now and I have an impaired immune system, I disnt expect them to perform miracles, but it did help bring up my lab counts a little bit, so its a plus! Will odder again. They smell funky and they are quite a larger pill, bur take with a glass of water and you will be fine! Doctor approved of the vitmain B quantities and the vitamin c isnt too much so it doeant upaet my stomach.

Been taking these over 2 years. My blood work came back excellent.

The pills are sizable... but no bad taste left over, and I really feel like after trying them twice (two bottles, yes... not two pills), I feel like I was able to feel a bit of shift for myself...

I have been trying to find a daily multivitamin for women with having to take just one tablet, as I have other vitamins I take daily as well. I haven't had any reason to feel that this particular women's multivitamin isn't working, but I believe it's a good start to the day. I plan to continue taking this women's multivitamin every day.

I like these vitamins. The only bad side is that it has no iron. Women are notorious for needing iron daily, so I have to take a separate supplement for that. Otherwise is great.

First time ordered this I received the men’s multivitamin. So I had to send it back for a replacement. I took two every day, doubling the dosage, for extra vitamin b5, to clear up my skin. I feel that this vitamin gives me great energy throughout the day no longer in need of caffeine.This vitamin has a faint taste and smell of hemp seed which I absolutely love. I’m about to finish my second bottle. I will continue taking these. And I recommend it to everyone I care about.
