Neither the turquoise nor the purple band held up past the first workout
I was really excited to receive this - for the past couple months I’ve been using elastic heavy and medium resistance bands twisted together to do my glute bridges, clamshells and hip adductions. They work great, actually, but if I wear shorts I have to tuck towels beneath the bands to keep them from rolling up my thighs. I was looking forward to using a fabric band that stayed in place above my super sweaty knees without having to wad towels beneath it.Staying in place was the only thing this band did, at least at first. I slipped the band on to do lateral lunges, and it worked great. I then moved on to sitting hip adductions and it gave me a nice push back. I put in some more lunges and realized I was having to take wider steps to feel the same amount of burn I experienced during the first set. By the time I moved on to glute bridges the band was already so stretched out that I was concentrating more on pushing my knees out than I was lifting the bar. I tried lying adductions next, and the only thing lending resistance at that point was the forty-five kettle bell I was balancing right above my knee.I figured okay, fine, I’ll just use the band for light resistance during warm-ups. But by the second workout I was having to lunge so far down to gain any significant resistance that my heels were practically digging into my butt cheeks. During adductions and clamshells the band was so stretched out I couldn’t keep it in place without a kettle bell lying on top of it, pinning it. I had ordered the small band, as well, and when it came in I switched it out for the turquoise band, hoping the weak medium band was just a fluke - but I had the same problems with the smaller purple band. And, sadly, my glutes just aren’t that strong yet - at the moment I’m only deadlifting and bridging a hundred and fifty pounds.Disappointing, overall - I’ve since switched back to my sweaty elastic bands and folded gym towels. It’s a pain in the a** to set up, but the burn I get with them is worth it. These fabric resistance bands, not so much.

Good Quality - and pretty!
I love that there are three sizes/strengths. Different exercises require different levels of resistance. This set covers all different levels of activity. I love the quality of them and the colors are very pretty as well.

Falling apart after only a couple uses
Got it in May used it three times it’s already falling apart. I have photos to prove it and also receipt of purchase. You can do better! It’s be nice to get a replacement.

Heavy resistance
This fabric resistance band provides heavy resistance and difficult to stretch. I can't put it right above my knee like typical latex resistance bands. This resistance band is harder to use so I have to put it on the middle of my thigh instead. I got the small size

Medium=Advanced
I bought a Medium band and it is quite advanced. I like It for squats but to do other floor exercises like fire hydrants, it's too tight. I'm an avid gym goer with weight lifting but wanted the band for home workout and glute activation. Should have bought a large! For reference, I am a medium body size.

Really high-quality!
Great hip circles! Very thick, strong, and high quality bands. I got all three, but if I just had to buy one I would get the large as it is the most versatile (could do any exercises with still a strong resistance). The medium is very resistant and is more challenging but you are more limited in the types of exercises you do due to the size. The small is VERY small and can barely fit around both my thighs comfortably (can probably only do banded side-steps), but still a great band for exercises around the ankles! For your reference, I workout regularly in the gym doing lower leg exercises frequently. Would highly recommend all three for the versatility and would buy again.

EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED
I've used the 3 bands several times now, the middle sized and small sized the most (the larger one. is the easiest one). Definitely easier to use then the rubber physio coloured bands that I have, especially in putting them on and off over your quads. The small one also has more tension than the black rubber physio band I have, which is supposed to be the hardest one.

Ironbull is an all around great brand!
4 and 1/2All same résistance, just différent length!!They are "small, medium, large. Not light, medium, heavy...Maybe it's the same?And it's missing the 4th extra heavy.It did not come with it but it should.This is my 3rd product from ironbull and I love the brand!
