I didn’t notice any difference in my feet.

Most ginger foot pads are good; but these are too dry, not fragrant not warming- old bad batch. Useless. Not worth a penny. Yes they are cheapest... but other ginger footpads work, these don't; Plus packaging is flimsy/ breaks open. Somebody bought bad old herbs trying to copy the brands of ginger foot pads that are real herbs/ well packaged; WOW ... rip off. Don’t buy the white or gold packaged ones! Rip off, old herbs; Zero aroma; But other brands of ginger foot pads do work and help alleviate headaches. These just disintegrate and do nothing.

although it appear not well package but it's function just as well. it cost so little , I can use them for a long time.

I have always wanted to try these pads. I can tell you that they work. Kind of feel nice knowing that while I sleep that toxins are being pulled out of my body. I love them.

Purchased because of tingling in my feet on various nights.At lease with this one, did not have to throw out because the of not being able to pull off of the adhesive.So they seem to work ok.Yes, would purchase again.
