Good quality gate. Does the job it’s intended too. Easy to open for adults but nice and difficult for kids to work out. Can either have it as a pressure fit or screw fit so either way you can fit it however you please.

What a bargain this gate is. Easy to open, can do it with one finger. Possibly not ideal for children as it is so easy to open but for use for dogs it's great. Much easier to walk through than the gate it replaced as the bar is low and easy to step over. Don't be put off by the ridiculously low price it really is a fully functioning gate.

I bought two of these 3 months ago. Very easy to install and great that it comes with 2 different extension sizes. The lock is easy to use one-handed if needed. No issue with them other than the fact that they only open one way. After reading other's reviews some people need to realise that this gate will look crooked until placed into position and the bolts are tightened enough to close the gap in-between the locking mechanism. It's designed like this to cause tension and make it more rigid when fitted. If you're not sure how to fit a safety gate securely then get someone else to do it. Overall, very satisfied; would be 5* if it would open both ways.

I bought 2 of these gates at a great price, they come with 2 extensions to suit all openings and all fittings required, they are simple to install and easy to open and close but are safe at the same time, the silver finish looks great too

Tried to other baby gates didn’t fit this is good. It’s got two attachments got it to stop the dog getting in and out very sturdy.

Our gap is 85cm, for which the main gate is too small, but the extension makes it too wide. Have to return. Would be good if you could just buy the specific extension pieces required

Absolutely great. I bought it to keep the dogs out of the lounge and it works great. Easy assembly. Good value for money

All the 5 star reviews are from people who, luckily for them, have their gates opening the correct way. Should any of them in the future require their gate to be flipped then they're in for some disappointment. It's quite astonishing that the manufacturer has designed it so the bottom catch is flippable but then decided to make the most main top latch so you can not do so. I've bought four of these things, three are luckily the correct way for me but I've had to modify one. Truly ridiculous design! I will say the photo in the reviews from someone who has it laying on their floor and saying it doesn't line up should probably look at the 75 giant stickers that say it's not a fault and it will line up in the door frame. Thanks to people like them the rest of us are spending an hour peeling the label off while wondering who would be so stupid to require that warning label!
