Tasty and fresh
There are several brands of the basic “Kitchen King” spice mixture, although this is the only one I have familiarity with. It’s a good all-purpose mix for adding flavor to both Indian (specifically, Punjabi) food and non-Indian alike. I recently used it in a pot of dal that probably wouldn’t pass muster for any proper Indian cook but tasted fine to me.

Restaurant at home
