When I bought this cap it was “one size fits all”. It’s adjustable so will fit any adult cranium👍

It is very frustrating when our listings get combined with other sellers and that is what has happened here, as clearly this does not match the title of Man City. It is the Aston Martin, Red Bull, Verstappen baseball cap to which we refer - it is adult, one size, which has the usual adjuster at the back. Hope this helps, The Gift Cellar.
