I’ll keep this simple. Purchased for the wife. I have been confidently told these are amazing and much better than her old GHDs. Overall decent price and they look well made. If you need a gift I would say these are a decent buy!

No where in the product description does it say if you want to order to X country (for example me in the UAE) does it tell you that you do NOT get a warranty with the Cloud 9 straighteners. This person is a reseller and should inform its customers if they purchase, the warranty is non applicable.
