Good value for money
It's nice to find a vegan options that's not too expensive. These tablets are well packaged, easy to swallow, and haven't caused me any stomach difficulties. My hair, skin and nails seem to be healthy and strong!

Great vitamin content, capsule can be halved if any drying/peeling effects.
Whilst the supplement contains vital nutrients for good building of collagen including L Lysine, vitamin C, Silica and Vitamin A - vitamin A dried out skin and nails a little . However as capsule, content can be halved if needed.FOOT NOTE -The customer service from this seller has been exemplary and beyond any expectations. Following the above review I was contacted by the company who were concerned my experience of their product was below that which they expected. I was offered and subsequently received a Full refund. I would be delighted and have no hesitation in purchasing other items from this seller or recommending them to others. This particular product did not suit me, but the level of customer service was above and beyond.

It’s not for me
Although the packaging is appealing and the capsules are easy to swallow, that's where the positives end for me. Unfortunately, these capsules have given me an upset stomach, a constant dull pain, caused breakouts on my face with blemishes on my cheeks, and have also resulted in headaches. I must admit, the worst headache occurred when I took the capsule a few hours after eating, so that was down to me.

Second time I’ve ordered this
Not sure how long it takes to fully appreciate the benefits but it’s great to have a supplement to support health when a lot of our fruit and vegetables no longer have the same nutritional benefits that they had many years ago. The packaging is small and easy to pack away as well so very handy.

I didn't see any improvement in skin, however customer service exemplary.
Non vegan friends had raved about the positive effects of marine collagen, so I thought I'd give these vegan supplements a try. They are easy to swallow and have no taste but sadly I saw absolutely no improvement skin, maybe I was expecting too much as my skin texture is already good but saw no improvement in fine lines.FOOT NOTE - The customer service from this seller has been exemplary and beyond any expectations.
