Happy with it!
Just a heads up the test print isn’t set up for this printer. The model sits off the side of the print bed and the model cant be moved because you can’t modify .gcode. Just print something else. Other then that it’s been 10/10

There is no support for this 3d printer. At all. None.
Only buy this printer if you know how to use it. It works well, once you figure it out. There is NO support. Anywhere. At all. NONE!DESIGN FLAW: The printer has a design flaw. The knob that holds on the spool tightens up as filament is pulled of the spool. Half way through your print, the knob tightens and the filament stops feeding into the printer, so the print does not complete.I have designed and printed a spacer which fixes this problem. I was unable to attach the gcode to this review (unsupported file type). In your 3d design software make a cylinder that has a radius of 24 mm and is 2 mm tall. Place a cut-out cylinder at the center which has a 5.25 mm radius, and print it. Place this spacer on the bolt that holds the spool on the back of the printer... and the problem is fixed.

Better Printers for the Price
This printer does work, however there are way more Cons than there are Pros.Pros:-WiFi-Easy set-up and leveling (not automatic but assisted)-Enclosure for ABSCons:- This thing is LOUD. If you need a printer for an office or home environment this thing will drive you crazy. I recommend only using this in a garage/shop.- It did not ship with the USB drive containing the proprietary software needed to use the WiFi features and Junco branded slicer. The seller was not able to help and the support at Junco is non-existent. Luckily someone on Reddit was able to send me the files.- The Spool of PLA had trouble spinning on the included holder leading to extrusion problems- Very particular about the size/brand USB drive - I tested this with 5 different USB drives and only 1 worked(SanDisk 8GB). Often it would freeze/shutdown when the drive is inserted.Know that you will not have direct support from Junco and there is no online community for this printer.I love my new Ender 5

Software needs OpenGl support
I don't run Windows, and there is no Linux support. However I was able to boot a virtual copy of Windows 10 and install the generic OpenGL drivers to allow the supplied software to work and print. If you use VirtualBox to run virtual machines you need to enable experimental (for as long as I've known VBox) 3D support, and increase the video ram in VBox to max as well as download the generic noGPU OpenGL drivers to make the software work. After that I had a great deal of fun with this printer, and no weird misprints so far.My first personal prints are the gutter drain pipe fittings above to replace the old broken ones I can't find anywhere.

Great value
I bought this printer hoping for it to be a simple home printer for minor prototypes and for learning. This printer is very easy to use and consistently works great. I have used other 3D printers at work that cost 3-4 times as much and rarely am able to complete prints without something going wrong with them. The only problem that I have had with it so far is that I have been unsuccessful being to able to print via wifi. This 3D printer has by far been the best I have used so far. I would highly recommend it.

Not good
Printed really nice at first from out of the box virtually no messing with it until one week later.. I noticed it was printing in the air.. very disappointed.. come to find out the bed lifting and raising mechanism was showing signs of damage by not lifting or raising as much as it should then all of sudden completely dead... just a loud noise trying. I understand is low cost 3d printer but they should know better than putting something like this on Amazon... all your gonna get is returns after returns. Wonder what they do with returns

Ease of set up and use.
So far two days in two pla prints and my first tpu print went well. Quit operation. Hadn't got the wifi figured out yet butt will find out the customer service side soon there. This is my first 3d printer and love it so far. No upgrades to print tpu. The software and set up booklet were great as well.
