How many scoops (servings) are there per container?

The container contains 90 grams (3.2 oz) of maxxiSAMe and each scoop is 1 gram. The recommended maintenance dosage for a 12 lb cat is 1 scoop daily. Is this supposed to look grainy and yellowish in color?

Does this item have a return policy? Haven’t purchased yet but if my cat refuses to take it I’d want to return.
