AmeriLite Black LED Glow Bar Projector Replacement Headlights Pair for 2008-2016 International ProStar Heavy Truck - Left and Right Side

I have installed these headlights myself on my International they look good they work great it was very easy to install myself it does take a little bit of mechanically inclined because of the panels that you have to take off the truck the one thing you have to worry about when purchasing these lights the actual connection on the headlights really does not line up with the connections on the axle truck this is the problem the I ran into but it was an easy fix and an easy solution for me when I install the lights and I connected the connectors together it wouldn't work so I pulled the connections back apart tested the lights and tested the connections on the truck everything worked fine so when I look at the connections I noticed that the prongs inside the connector that's on the truck was narrow then the actual female receiving connector that came with the headlights so to fix this solution what I did was Take a tiny flat head screwdriver I pushed each prong out to where it will line up with the prongs on the lights I carefully push them in together where they connect and my lights have been working fine ever since or you can just buy a different connector unclip the headlight connector that actually fits the truck or vice versa

Fit perfect. No problem installing.

Love the ease of installation, simply plug and play EXCEPT for the glow bar. It’s a 2 wire process but if you have a positive light indicator tester it’s still relatively easy.

BEWARE........These were wayyyyyyy more of a hassle than anything. Didn't come with any instructions. Had to take 3 different shops. Which resulted in a EXTRA.....$188.62 on top of the original price to get put in not to mention 4 days of lost time. I'm a owner operator so each day I don't run thats at least 600$ profit loss after fuel. I definitely do not recommend, caused more downtime and a headache than anything. The wires were faulty and burnt once installed. I tried watching videos and trouble shooting myself after the body shop couldn't get them to work. To no avail. Took to one custom chrome shop they instantly said they were trash aftermarket lights. Went to another shop and they had to completely rewire a custom harness. Don't waste your time and money these lights cost me too much time,money spent and lost. Trash!!

I love the lights. They work and match my truck perfectly but there is one problem I discovered.....THEY ARE SUPER BRIGHT...Everyone flashes me thinking I have on high beams. My mechanic discovered that the angle of the light beams is straight and you can't adjust the beams to make them point downward a little bit. I am currently seeking new lights that I can adjust. It makes a huge difference.

Better than the OEM headlamp assembly that came with the Tractor! Awesome distance lighting on low beam. Love the halo effect with parking lights on!
