It was a great purchase for the price! It was super easy to assemble and works great for clients! My blondes are so much lighter now

I purchased this item because of the reviews I read. I was so excited to get this item. It’s been something I wanted to splurge on. However, my luck the base came damaged. The stand didn’t sit well. It only had 4 wheels. On top of that came with only 2 light bulbs. They sent me a new stand and bulbs. Got it’s put together and it doesn’t freaking work. I tried everything. Extremely upset wish I could give negative star.

Love it . Came fast and heats up within 3 seconds of turning it on .Just don’t like that there isn’t any lock on the wheels.

Lasted me 2 years before it quit on me. Literally will not turn on now, I've tried everything.Right out of the box the bulb cages didn't properly fit but was able to make it work. Over time the arms lost their strength so they would droop whenever I tried to correctly position them. The most obnoxious part is the loud creaking noises the arms make when being adjusted so I try to keep it in "position" to avoid the noise and droop.About 6 months ago it would smell like something was burning every time I turned it on. Not in a "is this going to catch fire?" type of way but more like "someone has their curling iron up way too high" kind of way. This was obviously concerning but went away when I turned the heat on the lowest setting.For the price, it's okay quality and lasted longer than expected but if the funds were available I would've replaced this about a year ago when the creaking started.

Very happy with my purchase. I’m a hair stylist I purchased this for the salon to help speed up color processing while doing balayage and other lighting services. This works much better than the traditional hair dryers. Highly recommend for your the salon.

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased this in November of 22’ and now 1.2.24 it no longer works. Disappointed. A few things I did not like was the wheels suck. I tried to switch them out to roller blade wheels, but was unable to. It leans and very wobbly. Aside from those big things it did work just over a year. Not worth it. Spend more money else where and get one with a warranty.
