Purchased two and both died
Purchased these in March 2020 they have both stopped working, they worked fine and both have died after 6 months.Update 10/1/20My second one has now died , so two of these lasted less than 6 months and consider them to be a complete waste of money. No product support, no emails just sell things and make money forget about the customer.

Cheap and flimsy

Junk.
Flimsy. Also only has a few feet of cord, so hanging it at recomended head height is impossible without extension cord or ceiling mounted outlets. Buy something else.

Exploded in the rain with purple and blue flash with smoke!
After having the zapper up for a few weeks the rain started. It is rated for indoor/outdoor use so I didn't think much about it.Well last week I was watching the rain come down and all of a sudden I saw an explosion of purple and blue light that came from my back porch. It was the zapper shorting out.Please be careful with this product as it does not handle rain!

Doesn't work well with flies
Works great on bugs, mosquito, moths, but not on flies. Which is what i bought it for.

Safety hazard
This worked perfectly with many bugs zapped, but after about 3-4 days, you could see visible smoke and smell burning plastic. I believe the cords on the inside are burning the plastic .
