You can hardly tell if the Optic Blue Switch is faster, too loud I even tested without my O rings mod. They sent the wrong extra keys I got 8 but I'm missing A&W switched with extra R&F. The keyboard is bigger which is nice but because of that, it's kind of odd to use the key puller tool. I give it one point for it's clean look and metallic plate.Overall I suggest you stick to traditional mechanical keyboards. Unless they have a quieter one with multimedia buttons & a dedicated led button so the keyboard doesn't pulse wend I don't type for few mins.

You simply cannot go wrong with this lovely Bloody keyboard. I find that not only do I type faster, it has all that lovely clicky clickiness from a mechanical keyboard. If you like orange, you are in luck. If you dislike orange, bad news as the backlight color cannot change, however you can always switch off the backlight.Easy to clean as you keys are all accessible and sit above the board as opposed to be embedded. Being a gaming keyboard it comes with Macros but I never use them anyway. I first tested a Bloody keyboard at E3 and decided to get the B840 because I liked the simple sleek look.Its a great board.

I would like to start off by saying functionally this is a great keyboard. The only issue I had was when I took the protective plastic off of the caps lock and number pad lock LED indicator acrylic panel the panel came up out of the board. I assume that it was not glued in properly or that they may using an inferior glue but either way it was a small problem and easy to fix. As for the rest of the keyboard everything is working perfectly fine and it is a very fast and well made keyboard.

I just got it in and opened it. It’s not the gold one, as it says on both Amazon description and the box. It’s a perfectly functioning keyboard, just not the color i was led to believe i ordered.

overall it's a good KB for 100$ it is light champagne backplate with orange leds and mx blue feel. it's not perfect for example the led is on top of the switch stem so some keys don't get full illumination like the arrow keys shift tab caps, the software is pretty meh while any key can be remapped the led controls are nowhere to be found and the RGB section that doesn't even apply to this keyboard is included however my major gripe with it is the ctrl key is too recessed so it's the same height as the shift key when pressed down while the other keys are about 1/4 taller than the pressed down key above them this bad for games like warframe where you sprint with shift and hit ctrl to speed slide as you need to hyperextend your pinky to press both at the same time, i was able to fix this by adding 3 o ring dampeners to raise the height but still.
