Great bit of kit and does the job well
Great bit of kit. Easy to charge, easy to put together, easy to use. I have 3 dogs, one of which can be extremely vocal. I dont even have to use the collar just put it on them nd they know they have been naughty. The sounds are a good start off and if they still dont listen either a small or bigger squirt of spray. Dont forget to purchase your spray separately!The only thing I'd like to know if I can buy just the collar on it's own as it's a dual remote control, so 2 dogs can be attached to it.

Weak spray
The spray from this collar was so weak that it did not bother the dog at all.

Was hoping for so much.....
Quite expensive for having no batteries or spray included. I do believe the spray part is not working only the beep. I have two dogs and the bitch doesn't mind the collar and the beep seems to stop her in her tracks in the garden when the neighbour comes out as this is a major problem. The male dog just runs away as he doesn't want the collar on.Once I do get it on him, he sulks and I have to force him into the garden to do his business which he does and comes straight inside after whereas he would terrorise the neighbors if he heard a noise. So, all in all it works in the garden.Deliveries are another story, no impression whatsoever, this is where I think the citronella spray is not spraying, as I had a grocery delivery on Sat 28th (Yay!) and they went mental as usual, the collars beeping like crazy but no hint of citronella. I have no use for the remote control.

Keeps turning itself off
We were excited about this arriving because our dog desperately needed something which worked. Unfortunately, the collar seems to keep turning itself off (after about an hour) and has been incredibly ineffective. The spray to some extent works but it quickly lost its effectiveness. Perhaps this is saying more about our dog than the product but we just gave up on her wearing it after a few weeks.

Very good results
Working well after a few days. I have used this type of thing before and know that they work best if you don't over use them.My 15 month dog is very excitable and jumps up high on people when we are out walking. This is helping so much. After only a couple of sprays he only needs the bleep and he doesn't jump. I just have to put my finger over the bleep button as soon as I see anyone because the faster you do it, the more effective.

Great if used properly and not as a punishment.
This is great for positive reinforcement.We are now at the point where we the spray has been used may twice - in total and the beep is more than sufficient, without the collar even being on Rufus.

2 dogs on 1 remote
Bought 2 and use both on one remote which is great. Love the price compared to our old one however it doesn't have as good an affect on my dogs. The beep is quiet and the spray hardly noticed by my girls. The charge also doesn't last long

Actually works!!
So easy to set up and use. Stops the dog without distressing him. Has really helped to stop my dogs from eating everything they find when out on walks.
