Q: Can i use it on relaxer

Yes you can. It will define your curls... even on relaxed hair you have “loose” curl definition so this will work fine.

Q: Can i. use it on relaxer yes or no

I have texlaxed/texturized/relaxed hair and this works really well for it. I have a couple locks of hair that aren't usually curly enough for my liking but after letting this product dry on them they curled right back up to normal! Only a really good protein treatment has done that for me before. So I would say hes this works great on relaxed hair.
