Really happy with this purchase.
Update: Been using this chair for almost a year and a half. It has held up great. The straps are a pain to remove to wash, but they are in fact removable. I have really appreciated this feature as my toddler is super messy. The fabric seat pad is also removable and washable and has been washed who knows how many times. It has held up pretty well, the underside of the cushion has some balling in the padding, but this doesn't affect it's function. I like the simple tray, I wish the underside had less nooks and crannies for my kid to put food, but that's alright. I recently started browsing highchairs again as we're expecting our second in the spring. After looking at a couple of the other more popular models I am pretty confident we will be buying another Graco. Easy to clean without taking it apart with a screw driver!I needed a sturdy highchair that was easy to clean, safe, and affordable. This fits all my criteria! I really love the owl pattern as well on the padding, it is very nicely padded as well. It was incredibly easy to put together, if we were to travel I think I would take it apart and take it with us for convenience if we were to drive. It seems very sturdy so far and the 5 point harness is very secure. I know people were complaining about the leg separation piece on the tray getting in the way of it laying flat and while this is certainly true I have found that I can lay the portion on the counter with the separator hanging off without having to take anything off the tray. The tray itself is very easy to clean. Sure, maybe a removable insert would be nice, but you'd still probably have to wipe down the tray itself and pay an extra $20-$40 for your highchair. The angle adjustments on the seat are easy to make and I find the angles to be perfect so far.

Just what I was looking for!
I've had this high chair for about two months now. After trying two other booster chairs, I found this one while searching online. The other two had seemed flimsy, and awkward. Other reviews for the SimpleSwitch looked good, so I returned the other two and ordered the SimpleSwitch. Although my original goal was to find a booster seat (for my grandchildren), since I wanted to be able to store it easily, I have discovered that this chair works very well as a high chair and will travel with us on the family beach trip as a booster seat! It is very sturdy.Pros: converts from high chair to booster seat legs store together in slots on the back of the footrest very sturdy nice carrying handle in the back back of the seat reclines, if that is needed 5-point harness, so no climbing out when your back is turned! easy on-off tray very affordable!Cons: 5-point harness is a little more work than it needs to be since the shoulder straps do not stay connected to the waist straps - requires more dexterity when strapping the little guy in no wheels (not really sure if I need them - haven't so farSome of the full featured high chairs have height adjust-ability. I don't see the need for that at my house. If any of those convert to booster seats, they are much more expensive than this one. All in all, I am delighted with my chair for Grandma's house!

Great high chair for a great price!
This is a great high chair for the price. It was not hard to put together, although inserting the pins needed to attach the seat back to the base was a bit tricky and took both my husband and I to do. This chair has the option to remove the legs to become a booster seat to use in a regular chair, which is a really good option to use as baby grows. A feature I really liked was that the straps used to convert the chair to a booster seat stow away in little compartments on the bottom of the seat until they are needed. The legs are easy to remove to use it as a booster. The seat seems to be quite comfortable, even for my baby, who is on the small side. My son is 10 months so I can't comment on this for a younger baby who is just starting to use a high chair, but the back of the seat does recline so I would imagine that it would function quite well for a younger baby who can't sit up on their own yet. The cover is easy to remove and throw into the washing machine. Overall, well worth the price.

Love it
This is my 4th child. So we get frugally smarter, knowing what works, what is too pricey, what bells and whistles are a waste or practical. We didn't want to spend a lot on a high chair and we have a small kitchen/dining area. She needs to be safe and comfy that is the most important thing to me. So this highchair is perfect for her and us. The right price and good quality and nice features. My only caveat is the straps. It's kind of a pain to use, but as she gets older I wont use them anyway. I love the recline position because we were able to have her join us at the dinner table earlier since she wasn't yet sitting up. That was a GREAT feature. At 5 months old she doesn't need to recline all the way back anymore but this was really handy and so easy to use. Just watch your toes, the highchairs nowadays tend to angle outward more, and that means bumping it often with your toes!
