Genuine Rainbow E Series E2 Blue 2 Speed Vacuum Cleaner (Renewed)

My cleaning crew arrived to use my rainbow and we tried the power nozzle. DOA. Very disappointing. They ended up vacuuming my entire home with the little nozzles since I had guests coming this weekend. I also noticed that the power cord at the wall plug end has a design to let it attach itself to the rest of the power cord when put away. That is so poorly formed and stiff that it cannot be moved. I cannot clamp the plug-end onto the rest of the cord when I put my vacuum away. I do trust that the seller will make this right, but I should not have received a power nozzle that does not work. Make it right seller! I threw my boxes out already!

I had bought a brand-new rainbow back in the 90s and used it until it wore out. I then couldn't afford a brand new one so I ordered used ones which didn't last so went back to Conventional vacuums from retail stores which did not measure up to a rainbow. Still couldn't afford a brand new one so I went back to buying a refurbished online. With this company all accessories are new and the motor seems to be working as a new one. I love rainbows because they can do almost anything you need for cleaning your house or even your vehicle. I love that you don't need to buy bags anymore but I don't love the fact that they are very expensive. I am at retirement age and hope to buy a new one again and it will probably Outlast me. LOL

The only thing I don't like is that the metal buttons on the hoses are not holding up very well, they stick open and one has broke all together. I sold rainbows for many years and never had that problem so I am not sure if the new hoses have changed but that is frustrating. The rainbow itself is so great I love having one again!

The power nozzle will not stay connected I have contacted with no success! Also when I flipped it over the wheel has been placed together with glue and broken. Rainbows are good vacuums but the customer service and standing behind your product from this company is way below par and I am very disappointed.

I am a big fan of Rainbow Vacuum cleaners. I ‘ve bought two in the past directly from dealers but when I wanted to buy my third Rainbow, I could not find a direct dealer, hence why I bought a refurbished one from Amazon. Mind you it was not cheap ($1,100.00) when it arrived, it arrived dirty. The filter was filthy and I could see caked on dirt inside the hoses. After cleaning it as well as I could, I used it and the power nozzle makes a strange noise. It seems to clean fairly well, but I ‘m not sure it is supposed to make that strange noise. My old one does not, but I ‘m not certain if this model is different than the standard one I currently have. Either way, I decided to keep it and continue using it as it seems to have a pretty good suction system. Would I ever Order another from Amazon? No, I would not. Take the time and invest in a more reputable dealer and buy a new one or if buying a used one, purchase it from a place where you can look at it with a critical eye before investing so much money in one.

Bagless vacuuming make this the cleanest instument to use. There is no decline in suction power. It is not heavy and has a wheel kit. Air filtration is an awesome plus. Use this feature all of the time to minimize dust.

Vacuum was great for 7 months then one day it just stopped. Alot of money to only work for 7 months.

You have no warranty from the factory, buy it and you will out if luck if it goes bad
