Q: Someone mentioned that this derived from corn, is it GMO free? Is it organic? Is there 1 that does NOT come from corn? Thanks

I have a NOW brand "buffered C complex powder" that says non-GMO on the label. Also jar of ascorbic acid by VitaCost that says "non-GMO" and on by Bronson also saying non-GMO and specifically "Made in the USA". Have also purchased in the past from Nutribiotic similarly labeled. So I don't really know who to trust at this point.

Q: Is this made in the USA? another review showed labels that say Made in CHINA. Please advise before I purchase. I don't want anything from there. TY

Most Vitamin C is manufactured in China, which, by law, does not use GMO corn. If the Vitamin C was manufactured in the good ole USA, it most definitely would be from GMO corn.

I saw where typical tablets, the absorption rate is 20%, but for lypo-spheric vitamin C the absorption rate is about 80%, injections about 70% is absorbed / used by the body. It's true that absorption of oral dosages is not comparable to IV administration. It has been claimed that Lypospheric C absorption is close to IV administration. But you can make oral administration more effective and almost reach IV levels by taking just plain C crystals (like this one) more frequently. Experts like Dr. Levy and Andrew Saul call this the 'Dynamic Flow Theory'. So just take more frequent doses of oral C. Note that taking a lot in one dose is not really recommended. Also, if you are ill, your body can absorb more of the vitamin orally.
