Strong and roomy. The 4 stars comes simply because I like something slightly smaller. The zippers are great and the pockets are easy to organize.

I really loved the colors and the side pockets for easy storage for water bottle or receipts, basically anything you want to put away quickly. I love the size too. It's not too small, yet lightweight. I can fit all my essentials and it's not huge like most backpacks. I don't want to look like I'm backpacking😄. Cute and holds everything. Love it!

Very well balanced when using the grab handle. Comfy straps and not long hanging. Easy zippers to open and close with one hand. Good attention to detail, light, good pockets, and durable construction with good hardware and rivets.
